The Strategy and Organization (S&O) area in the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University is recruiting for one or more tenure-track positions at the rank of assistant professor and/or associate professor. The start date for the position is August 1st, 2017. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in management, strategy, or organization theory with a research and teaching agenda focused on entrepreneurship. Applicants with a similar focus from disciplinary departments are also welcome. In addition, the applicant must have demonstrated research proficiency through publication in top-tier academic journals, and possess a superior teaching and academic service record.
Applicants possessing outstanding potential, both as a researcher and a teacher, who are recent doctoral graduates or who plan to have completed the requirements for their Ph.D. by December 2017 may also be considered.
