The University of Windsor invites applications for a tenure track position in the Odette School of Business at the rank of assistant professor in the area of Human Resource Management commencing as early as September 1, 2017. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

With the accreditation from AACSB International — The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 2015, the Business School is home to approximately 1500 full-time and 400 part-time undergraduate students, and 400 Masters-level students. The preferred candidate for this appointment in Management will hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management (or related discipline) or be very near completion of one, and have extensive knowledge/experiences of CHRP and its certification process. Candidates must have demonstrated potential to excel in teaching in human resource management and CHRP designation related courses and superior research capability and potential, as well as a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.

• Statements of teaching and research interests;
• samples of scholarly writing including (if available) clear indications of your contribution to any jointly authored pieces;
• a teaching dossier or evidence of teaching effectiveness that will include sample course syllabi/outlines, teaching evaluations and a statement of teaching philosophy and interests;
• graduate transcripts, if graduated since 2015; and
• three current letters of reference forwarded by the referees directly to the Dean of Business
