Reporting to the Provost and Vice President Academic, the Dean is responsible for providing effective and inspiring leadership and vision for setting the strategic, operational and financial direction of the School. The Dean also has overall responsibility developing an effective collegial environment that supports excellence in teaching, research and service.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience in university administration and will have a successful track record of operating creatively and effectively in a complex environment. With a doctorate in a relevant field, candidates must also possess a record of excellence in teaching and scholarly work, and a commitment to business education.
