Lecturer of Accounting, School of Business, University of Northern British Columbia

The School of Business of the University of Northern British Columbia invites applications for a full-time term appointment at the rank of Lecturer in the area of Accounting. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2018. The School of Business is the largest academic program in the University. It offers three degrees – A Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting, Finance, General Business, Human Resources, International Business, and Marketing; a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration.

Candidates should possess a BComm or BBA, Canadian CPA, and recent teaching experience at the university and/or professional level. A master’s degree in Business or 5 years’ of relevant experience is required. A demonstrated record of excellence in teaching is required. The successful candidate is expected to take a role in coordinating with CPA. All candidates should explain in the application how they will be a good fit for the UNBC School of Business.
